“If You Have A Voice, Then
You Have What it Takes to
Speak on Stage and Inspire Your Audience
Beyond Your Wildest Dreams...”

For a very limited time, this public speaking champion who soared into the public speaking circuit as a rising superstar is ready to coach you to the next level...And beyond.

If you always wanted to...

  • Skyrocket your confidence to face any audience comfortably...
  • Drive out your paralyzing fear of public speaking...
  • Emotionally connect with ANY audience...
  • And receive a celebrating standing ovation...

... Then this message will be of special interest to you. Because, if you are selected, this is your opportunity — perhaps your only opportunity left this year — to get direct and constructive help on being successful in public speaking.

Right now and for a very limited time, Eric Feng, a champion public speaker and speech coach, who has successfully coached more than 3,000 clients from different fields and professions, is offering a personal one-on-one coaching program.

However, this opportunity is open to only a few select individuals (only 10 at this time) who wish to improve their public speaking skills, take their confidence to new heights, and win that standing ovation very few people dare to dream about.

Dear Friend,

Hi. My name is Eric Feng.

As a competitive public speaker for the better part of 5 years, I have been instrumental in helping more than 3,000 people from different industries achieve breakthrough success in their public speaking skills.

My defining moment came for me in 2001 when I won the Toastmasters Humorous Speech Contest in Philadelphia. Being an Asian kid from Singapore, this was quite an achievement and a long leap from the day I first took the stage. Since then, I have never stopped competing to refine my skills and sharpen my winning edge.

In 2006, The Straits Times featured me as one of the top 25 alternate achievers after winning the International Speech Contest at the Division Level. I won that competition two times. Since then, I got featured on other regional media such as Channel News Asia, Business Week, Business Times, Lianhe Zaobao and News Radio 93.8 .

Let me tell you, with public media endorsements like that, my phone rang off the hook (figuratively, of course) with people inviting me to speak. Here are just some of my corporate clients who have booked me for speaking engagements:

  • Aman Resorts International
  • Asia Business Forum
  • Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Secretariat
  • DP Architects
  • Executive Coach International
  • PSA Singapore
  • Management Development Institute of Singapore
  • National University of Singapore
  • Singapore Management University

In 2007, I written "The FAQ Book of Public Speaking". It shot to the bestseller list within 2 weeks. Talk about skyrocketing my speaking career!

Today, I coach ambitious individuals seeking the same goal.

Eric's appearance in Channel News Asia.

Many people would tell you that being an in-demand public speaker is highly profitable. I can tell you that is only half the story. You see, it's not the money that drives me. The real satisfaction comes from being able to make a positive difference to people's lives through my message.

Everyday, I wake up and look forward to reading thank you letters from people who have heard me speak, some even from strangers far away. It's truly a wonderful ride as I get to do what I'm deeply passionate about for a living.

Of course, it wasn't always like this...

Contrary to what many people think, I certainly wasn't some "overnight success" or "natural talent". If you heard my story before, you will know that I started just like any beginner has, riding on my first public humiliation, and growing into who I am today. It is a process that unfolded over many years...

... And Filled With My Fair Share Of Fears, Failures And Frustrations.

From being humiliated in front of 1,000 people, skinning my knee from the public screw-ups in the beginning of my career, and suffering from setbacks when I rolled up my sleeves to gain first-hand experience with no help...

... To being recognized as the rising public speaker by my peers and industry heavyweights, getting heartwarming thank-you emails from my subscribers on a daily basis, and becoming a respected public speaking coach that I am today!

In fact, now and then I'm still moved with pride as I look back during the times when I used to panic before a speech and stutter through my prepared speech with blank faces staring back at me, totally unaffected by the message that I work so hard to deliver. It was heartbreaking. (You know where I am coming from, right?)

But today, things are amazingly different.

For example, I no longer worry endlessly when preparing my speech. It is an enjoyable and fun process for me. When it is show time, the audience seem to naturally pull out my message without me having to worry about what to say. You won't believe it, but I hardly do much preparation for my informal speeches and still I'm able to attract attention from audiences that I have never met before.

In fact, the energy in the room is so contagious, it shows through my audience. They respond positively to my words with beaming eyes, as if I have fed them new found energy through my speech.

My speech closings are never without encouraging applause and people who have heard me speak will always queue to meet me in person, shake my hand and have my picture taken with them. What's more, they would talk about my performance weeks after it is over.

Here Is How I Made This Drastic Change Happen.

Have you ever had to prepared for a speech for a live audience within 24 hours with no idea of what to say?

You probably written something on a piece of paper long enough for 3 minutes and then wondered if you need to add more content to fill up the time. (Right?)

Then, you practiced your speech by reading it (there is a difference) with your speech in front of you. And if you were hardworking, you would actually memorize the speech without having to look at notes.

On judgment day, you waited for time to pass until it was your turn to take the stage. You felt the adrenaline rush so you calm your nerves, took deep breaths, and muttered your speech to yourself to distract your mind from thinking of the worse case scenario playing for the sixteenth time.

And then, it was show time. You probably stood there awkwardly for some time, trying to compose yourself and remembering your opening lines. Hoping that you didn't keep everyone waiting too long, you uttered your first word while trying not to appear too shaky. (So much for the grand opening...)

      You spoke...

And then you started to think :

"Do they like my opening? Do they like my voice? Can they hear me? Do I sound soft? Do they like me....?"

You added some humor, and then...

"Why do they all look confused? Why is everyone staring back at me with straight faces? Why did his eyebrows moved? Was he frowning at me? Why did he frown at me? Am I talking too fast, too slow, too predictable, too unpredictable? Do they understand me? Will they like my dress? Will they like my outfit? Will they see my braces? Do they like me...?"

As you came to the end.....

"Did I run through my speech too quickly? What am I going to say with the time left? Am I running overtime? What will they think of me? Do they like me.....?"

3 minutes later (or an eternity later), it was over.

"Did they like my speech? Did I do badly? Did I say something stupid? Do they like .....?!"

      What went wrong? (Read on)

The Biggest Culprit Causing Your Speaking Failure...

Fact #1: While you were speaking in public, your mind was speaking in private.

Yes, privately and quietly, your mind is having a conversation of its own. More like an interrogation actually. With so many consuming questions taking your attention away, breaking your speech down piece by piece, did you honestly think you could concentrate on presenting your speech?

      I doubt it.

After all, you can't hold a proper conversation with another individual if you are talking to yourself the whole time!

I call this internal dialogue the Inner Critic.

That's not the end of the bad news.....

While you were engaged with your Inner Critic, your attention slides away from the one thing that affects your outcome the most.

      Your Audience.

Is it a mystery now why you always fail to make that impression and get that love you wanted so badly from your audience? Well, the good news is, there is an easy (even ridiculously simple) solution.

     Just read the following story

The Black Dog Or The White Dog?

Once, a Zen master shared a parable with his students. He said that he had two dogs. The first one is a white dog, benevolent and kind. The second one, a black dog, ferocious and wicked.

You have two dogs too. The first one is the white dog. Each time we are on stage, it will encourage you with its kind words. "You will be spectacular!" or "Look, the audience loves you!" Every time you hear its soothing voice, you feel much calmer and assured.

Unfortunately, you also have the black dog. And more often than not, it is much stronger and louder. No matter how prepared you are, it will throw wet blankets at you and unleash negative comments that demoralizes. "You are going to screw up just like the other time!" or "Hurry up and get it done and over with, the audience has no time for you!"

      Ring any bells?

As you know by now, you listen to the black dog more than you do the white dog. The real reason why you are so terrified on stage is not because of your nerves, it is the Inner Critic from the black dog that is causing you so much pain and fear.

As a result, you fail to put your attention on the audience as you get distracted by the black dog.

"You are going to forget your speech again!"

As you attempt to look at your audience, the black dog barks at you - "Yeah, take a good look... don't blame me if you see only bored faces."

The more you listen to the black dog, the more control it has over you.

Without you knowing, other symptoms will start manifesting itself. You either start mumbling like an old nanny or rattle on like a bullet train. You start getting uncomfortable as times goes. Your hands will turn cold. Your legs will start shaking. And you begin to feel out of place.

Before long, your connection with the audience will break and there's no turning back... all thanks to your black dog.

      So, which dog wins.....?

My Important Realization.

Before I give you the answer to that question, I want you to get something into your head. This is something that has really helped me remove my psychological blocks that were impeding my success. Once I got through this, it was like a clear, empty highway ahead of me and I started to make some real progress.

This is deceivingly simple but many people choose ignore it. So before I share it with you, I want you to promise me you will hang in there and don't pass judgment too quickly.

      Ready?

Fact #2: It's NOT your fault.

I have made many mistakes in the past to reach this far, even silly ones. Some were so humiliating I thought I would never show my fat, red face in public anymore.

Many people give up too easily because they want to be perfect. And by quitting something they are not good at, they keep that image of perfection.

      So, which dog wins.....?

The black dog.....or the white dog ? ( This one is also deceivingly simple...)

     Ready?

Answer: The dog I feed the most.

Not only have I used this knowledge on myself with great success, what you may not know is that I also use it to become.....

The Behind-The-Scenes Coach To Many New Upcoming Public Speakers.

Aside from my current corporate clients whereby I train roomful of people at any one time, I have people knocking at my door turning to me for one-to-one coaching. Some of these requests came from prominent people who have heard of me through my blog, my books and of course...positive word-of mouth.

Just read what some of my clients have to say.....

"His Extra Mile Of Commitment."

"Working with Eric has been an interesting experience. I've never before had a coach who refuses to let me leave until I had nailed my script. Although working with him can get a little exasperating, you can't help but feel grateful at the end of the day.

Personally I felt that I could not have met a more committed and enthusiastic coach that extends his help beyond the chargeable hours. I think the greatest motivation a coach can give to his trainees is his sincerity in wanting to help them, and Eric has done that.

With Eric, I was more impressed and touched by his dedication than with his accomplishments.”

- Lam Kar Yee, Champion of Millennia Institute Speech Competition 2008

"He Was Focused, Sincere And Committed..."

“I was going to speak in front of a lot people and that was the worst of the fears I've ever known. Then I saw Eric's profile on the net and didn't waste a moment to call and find out whether he'll be kind enough to take me as his client.

At that time, I was moving out from Singapore to Beijing so all my coaching happened through phone calls and the study material were sent to me via mails. He very intelligently custom designed a program which suited my specific needs and unique situation.

He was very focused, sincere and committed to his coaching approach from the very beginning. And I can say confidently that it had given me the very best insight in the art of public speaking and story telling.”

- Aashna Sen, 2nd Runner Up for Mrs Singapore 2007

As a speech coach to many high paying clients, I've trained clients to produce massive improvement and results for themselves, but only to a handful of people who could afford to pay for my time...

... Until Now

You see, the demand for my service has made me virtually unavailable to anyone except the top clients I work with. (I have had to turn down other speaking engagements and trainings due to time constraints)

The good news is, I'm opening my doors for a limited time and allowing just a handful of individuals to work with me. And there's are important reasons why I'm eager enough to do that...

Having worked closely with top public speakers and coached clients for many years, I have a vast and intimate knowledge of what works... what works outrageously well... and what doesn't work at all.

But on top of everything I know, I've been carefully testing and verifying every public speaking strategy I learnt from experts through books, audio CDs, one-to-one coaching, you name it...anything that I could my hands on.

Finally, I want to work closely with a handful of select and hardworking individuals who are highly passionate about public speaking and dead serious about taking their skills to the next level, one-on-one.

My personal schedule has prevented me from associating with such people for a long time and I want to connect again. Believe it or not, I learn as much from my students and I want to share my success with people who are serious enough to apply what I know.

If You Qualify, Here Is What You Will Get...

Without giving too much away, let's just say this is your chance, and perhaps your only chance, to work closely with me and be open to some of the most effective public speaking strategies ever discovered. Strategies that you would have to spend time and countless trial and error to learn otherwise.

For example, here are just some of the things we can accomplish together. I will work with you to:

  • Identify with your audience with laser-like precision, and connect with their dominant inner conversation so that you will practically have them swept off their feet...

  • Dramatically improve your audience response by getting them engaged, excited and on the edge of their seats — without putting in additional materials to your already well-prepared speech...

  • Develop trust and credibility in the first 5 minutes with your audience and create a winning perception in their minds through the results your audience craves, such that they will be eating out of your hand with minimal effort and energy on your part...

  • Pinpoint your core message strengths, develop interest and memorable content effortlessly, and differentiate yourself in a way that puts you as a trusted authority in your audience minds — regardless of the topic, the audience, or your current knowledge...

  • Build an endless stream of speech materials by putting together a key system that attracts a collection of quality illustrations, inspiring examples and magical metaphor into your speaking arsenal — so that you can pitch better, sell faster, and win more businesses without searching heavily on your part...

  • Discover powerful, insider secrets that I use (and many other champions use), mostly "behind the scenes," that can help you master your delivery and stage presence even if English is not your native tongue...

  • Above all, gain more peace of mind to do what you do best on stage...

WARNING: This is Not For Everyone.

I have to warn you first: Too many people come to me not for coaching, but for validation and self-approval. When I give them my very best advice, I'm often surprised to hear them become defensive and argue what they believe is right.

Look, I have no problems with respecting other people's opinions. You are entitled to choose what you wish to think. However, if you are going to improve, you must be coachable enough to take in what I have said (even if it hurts) and work on it. If you want to sign-up for this coaching program so that you can show off how good you are or have me tell you things only you want to hear

Stop reading and close this page now.

I would be going against my principles and doing you a great disservice. My job is to work with you to create immediate and measurable results in your public speaking skills. Hence, I am only seeking coachable students who are serious enough to start small and ambitious enough to fail often.

      Still interested? Then listen up...

Here Is What You Have To Do
(Read The Following Carefully)

For starters, you must take what I teach to heart and religiously apply my advice by clocking in the practice hours constantly to improve your existing speeches... and you must always strive to build lasting success by being coachable always....

You would be amazed at how fast some of my students went from "zero to hero," from panic stuttering to fearless speaking as short as within a few months. (Sometimes faster!)

... Simply by doing a few things consistently.

Your job here is to learn, to use the suggestions, advice, and information so that you can grow and take your speaking skills to the next level. Therefore, it is imperative that you try and apply everything you learn. There will be takeaway information and assignments for you to do after every session.

So, to be accepted into this program, you must meet the above criteria, and be mature enough as an adult to understand that your coaching requires an investment of time, money, and effort.

Small Group of 10 Students Only!

I'm taking only 10 at this time because this is the pilot version of my normal coaching program. Thus, I want to make sure no one gets left behind. On top of that, I'm currently busy with existing clients and training corporate clients so 10 individuals is the maximum my schedule can handle at this time...

This pilot program will last for 3 months. You can cancel any time after the completion of the first month (which is non-refundable), and I will stop charging you the subsequent monthly coaching fees. In this period of time, you will get advice from me with assignments to do.

So if you're not 100% committed to do what it takes, then please do not apply. I don't want lazy people who only seeks validation on how well they have done. That may sound a little harsh, but here is the truth:

Fact #3: If you want to improve, you must collapse your ego.

If on the other hand, you are committed and ready to take on the work, then here's how my coaching program works.

Ask Me Unlimited Questions,
One At a Time.

You can ask me anything about public speaking. I guarantee you will pick up gems on topics like PowerPoint presentations, speech writing, story telling, delivery, stage presence, body language, gestures, vocal variety, inner critic, you name it!

All you need to do is post your burning questions on a private, password protected site that I have set up just for you. Using this proprietary system, I'll be notified of a posted question instantly and proceed to respond to the best of my ability.

You can ask as many questions as you wish, one question at a time, and I'll personally respond within 24 hours (except on weekends and public holidays)

I had this system designed to be idiot-proof so you don't have to be a technical geek to use it. On top of that, you can brainstorm ideas on a virtual whiteboard, upload your speech videos for evaluation and more. It certainly adds a lot of flexibility and beats email consultations hands down. What's more, all discussions are automatically documented and organized for easy reference.

After you sign up, I will give you a self-assessment profile and pre-program questionnaire so that I can customize my approach to suit your learning style. During the times we spend together, there will be assignments to do and you need to report to me the results you gotten for additional feedback. More importantly, you must apply what I teach you.

      But I'm not stopping there.....

Meet Me And Pick My Brains
For Free With Your Own
Private Mastermind Group

I know how important it is for you to talk to me and discuss your challenges and results. In order to cement your skills, it is crucial that we have regular LIVE meetings together to help each other grow. Hence, for this pilot coaching program, I'm going to grant you access to our first Public Speaking Mastermind Group.

      What is a Mastermind Meeting?

In a nutshell, a mastermind group consists of like-minded people in a specific field whose members' core self-interest is to help each other succeed. Each member sees to it that others succeed with them in a mastermind. You will never find a more generous and sharing group of cheerleaders in your journey to be a unstoppable speaker.

Throughout history, nothing short of a miracle has been accomplished by mastermind groups. King Arthur had his 12 knights in his mastermind, Andrew Carnegie had the "Big 6" as his mastermind, even the founding fathers of the United States...

Every month, you will hear my own voice as I coach you together with your coaching peers. When you raise your concern during this Mastermind Meeting, you will experience first-hand the exact steps and thought processes I use to design a winning speech. You can then adapt the process and replicate my sucess.

At the same time, you will observe many ah-ha moments when I coach other members of the program so that you can learn from other people's successes and expedite your learning curve. This is the best way I found to leverage our time to be highly successful.

The best part is, you do not have to travel from far away to attend this Mastermind Meeting. It will take place virtually on a conference line. This way, you only need to dial-in using an ordinary phone from the comfort of your own home. No traveling, no wasted time.

During these meetings, you can also use your Mastermind as a sounding board to bounce ideas ... brainstorm new speech ideas... get suggestions on how to improve your delivery... or receive constructive critique and action-steps to better your speaking and speechwriting skills.

Need help with your opening? Stuck on weaving a story? Unsure of a delivery idea? Just run it by your Mastermind to see how you can improve it.

What's more, all the meetings will be recorded and given to you so that you can revisit the discussions and pull out of it more bullets for your speaking arsenal (No extra charge!)

At this point, if you are still uncertain on whether to accept my offer, the following will make it a non-brainer for you.

What I'm about to give you will make this offer so irresistible, that you will have to be a complete "public speaking hater" to not see its value.

Prepare to be shocked with what I'm about to give you. Many speaking trainers have called me insane when they heard that I'm giving to you something so valuable, many people have always cried out for it, but were too afraid to ask openly.

I was nervous at first, but I decided to do it anyway.

      You will get.....

Multiple Professional Speech Critiques From Me For Your Written (and Re-Written) Speeches

Now, before you accuse me of having lost my mind, let me explain why I wanted to include this despite all the work I have to do.

When I competed in speech contests, I always write my speech starting from an outline. This outline contains all of my best messages that I want to share. After I made a list of about 20 topics, I would slowly slash the other topics until I arrive at 10 topics.... and then 5.... and then 2..... and then 1.

After that was done, I wrote down all the points and stories that I could share from memory and using my trusty StoryFile. Again, from a list of 20 points, I slowly slash off the others until I arrive at 10 points... and then 5.... and then 2..... and then 1.

It was like being a master sculptor, chiseling away the unnecessary parts to reveal the final masterpiece. It took a lot of time and a whole lot of effort. Now, this may sound like tedious work for you right now, but after you get a hang of it, it becomes a passion!

After arriving at the one single topic and one single point, I would then block out 3 hours of my time to write out the entire speech. No phonecalls, no breaks, no interruptions.

As I poured out my thoughts and feelings one after another on paper, I would imagined myself speaking my message and observing the audience's response. Do I want them to laugh? Do I want them to think? Do I want them to cry? Do I want them to observe a moment of silence to feel my presence...?

I would then transfer each of these intentions on to my written speech. On top of each sentence would be a purpose statement. There are even signs throughout my speech to remind myself to slow down...and pause. I would leave the work alone and review it with fresh new eyes before rewriting the speech, again.

And then the whole process is repeated after testing the speech in front of a live audience.

Why do I bother to do this?

     Here's why....

Fact #4: The winning speech is never written... it is re-written.

I hope you now understand the value of a professional speech critique and why I'm adamant about including this as part of the coaching program. You see, it is easy to believe that you have written the best speech after looking at it so long, only to find out later that your audience don't resonate with your performance on the day you present your speech.

In the past, I have paid champion public speakers to critique my speech and I can tell you without a word of doubt that it has brought much more vitality and life into my performance. I used to pay $39.95 for a single critique by a world public speaking champion and it was well worth every dime I spent.

Here's the good new, you don't need to spend $39.95 for one professional speech critique. As long as you are willing to submit your written speech and rework it until it becomes compelling... as long as you are willing to record your performance on video and keep practicing until it is world class...

I will gladly write off your critique fee as part of this coaching program expense. You can hold me to my word that I will work as hard as I can on the condition that you do your part to clock in the stage time to improve. No additional charge will be incurred.

Let’s Quickly Wrap This Up…

As my pilot coaching client, you can ask me as many questions as you wish and I will personally work with you and answer all of them within 24 hours. You will also be able to pick my brains during our Mastermind Meetings and benefit from the input of your peers. Finally, as a special bonus, you will receive Multiple Professional Speech Critiques for your written speech and re-written speech. Plus, once you are enrolled, you lock in your fee, which will never increase as long as your membership remains in good standing.

Your investment is US $500 per month for 3 months, which is a fraction of what I'm charging regular clients now who choose to have coaching with me.

As mentioned, the first month's coaching is non-refundable. After honestly trying out this program for 1 month, if you decide not to continue, then send me an email requesting a cancellation and I will terminate your membership, stop further billing, and refund your coaching fee for that month. I will keep this process easy and prompt to avoid further trouble on your part.

If, however, you decided that the program fits you and wish to continue, then you proceed to pay the locked-in fee of US $500 for the subsequent 2 months and get further coaching from me. Belive me, I will do everything possible to ethically keep you for the full 3 months through the quality of my coaching.

So, go ahead. Ask me as many questions as you wish. Pick my brains in our Mastermind Meetings together. Get your Professional Speech Critique and do an extreme speech makeover. Apply yourself to my 5 years of knowledge and expertise. And dedicate yourself to do whatever it takes to succeed. Make it happen!

Remember, once all 10 slots are snatched away (and it will happen!), the remaining interested individuals will have to wait for a full 3 months before they get to sign up for this coaching program at a higher price -- and that will only occur if I choose to add more seats or if someone quits or dies (which in my experience, is not likely to happen)

When you consider that I charge USD $200 per hour for consulting clients... that you have the ability to ask me unlimited questions... that you get to participate in a LIVE Mastermind Meeting discussion to help you one-on-one... and get more unadvertised surprises...

... Even if I charge US $600 a month, it is still a steal, don't you agree?

Now, you have to decide to make this happen!

P.S. Trying to go at it alone is not the secret to success. I know from experience that my progress was accelerated when I opened myself for mentors and experts to raise the bar.

If you insist that you spend your time alone doing it all by yourself, chances are you will procrastinate, give excuses and quit before you even get your first winning experience. Remember, even the most successful public speaker cannot win without an audience. You can't do it alone.

This is your rare and perhaps only chance to get one-on-one coaching from me.

It is up to you now. You are only a click away.

"Eric’s FAQ approach to public speaking was very refreshing and was able to tackle aspects of the subject that normal seminars could not. It addressed the concerns of the audience directly, and even the most seasoned speakers in the audience felt that they walked away learning something new. Eric’s stage presence and achievements at such an early stage of his career was the greatest inspiration to us all."
